Inner child work

Wounds from our past make it a habit of showing up in the present.  Whether it is family, friends, school, or society our surroundings leave a deep impact that affect how we view the world.  Inner child work is  a way to address our unmet  needs and bring a healing wholeness to attachment wounds we develop. We draw connections between your childhood experiences and how they may still be subtly guiding your adult behavior. 

The wound is not my fault. But the healing is my responsibility.

It is the act of going inside ourselves, to explore our true feelings with courage and vulnerability, and the different  parts of us that may have been rejected that yearn to be reclaimed. Every-day coping mechanisms are peeled back to  fully accept and integrate our subconscious into consciousness. Emotional healing work allows you to dive in deep and uncovers issues and emotions to further understand life's experience.
