Is your work suitable for everyone, or are there specific prerequisites or limitations?

Generally I want to be working with a client that has had some preliminary work in emotional intelligence and awareness or therapy is helpful. Clients with a mental health diagnoses are only accepted for sessions on a case by case basis.

How long is a typical Hineini Breathwork session, and what can I expect during a session?

Typical sessions are 90 minutes and can include anything from coaching, hypnotherapy, family constealltion work, and breathwork. It is best to have an intention before your session to zero in on a GPS.

Are sessions conducted in person, virtually, or both?

While there is nothing quite like an in person session, I have worked with clients internationally quite successfully BH.

Is prior experience in breathwork or meditation necessary to participate in a session?

Not necessary though it is recommended.

What measures are in place to ensure a safe and comfortable environment during Hineini sessions?

Safety is both the responsibility of the client and the facilitator, the sessions are focused with presence and compassion and there is authenticity, transparency and honesty when the subject matter is beyond the expertise of the practitioner.

How often do you recommend attending sessions to experience the best results?

This depends on the client and what they are looking to achieve.

Can Breathwork be integrated with other therapeutic or spiritual practices I am already engaged in?

Very much so, breathwork is an outstanding complementary process to further integrate work that happens outside of the individual session.

What should I do to prepare for a session, and is there anything I should avoid before or after the session?

Some time to reflect and collect your thoughts would be ideal. Having an intention or idea of a direction would be extremely helpful. Eating 30-45 minutes before a session might hinder the process. Allow some time after the session to integrate and regulate.

How do I schedule a private Hineini session with Moe Srour, and what is the cost of the sessions? Is there a sliding scale?

You can contact Moe here or send him a text or whatsapp to explore further. Sessions are priced where they are priced and there is no sliding scale.

What if I want to attend a breathwork group?

Feel free to contact Moe here and ask to be added to the whatsapp group for further updates and sign-ups. You can click here to take the leap.

What If I just want to talk?

BH I am always around and look forward to setting a time to connect. Talk soon!
