Hypnosis in the simplest terms is an expanded state of awareness. It is a tool to access unconscious parts of our minds and bring a conscious light to the spaces that need it. The subconscious mind has a sea of wisdom, lessons and messages ready to be accessed. In hypnosis the conscious mind is invited to be calm and relax while the subconscious mind is explored. Working with the subconscious mind allows us to bring greater clarity, perspective, power and healing around a wide variety of issues.

All hypnosis is a form of self-hypnosis and we can learn how to calmly navigate ourselves in our search for deeper truth. Sessions typically explore a wide range of topics from anxiety and depression, to trauma, shame, parts work, and regression. Clients find their way in connecting to their inner wisdom and intuition allowing for a greater sense of wholeness and completion.
